January 1, 2022 – TestPros, Inc. today announced the
acquisition of all the major assets of ‘The IV&V Group, Inc.’. Mr.
Kevin Murray, TestPros CEO stated that “The IV&V Group has been a longtime
successful subcontractor to TestPros on several government programs, and it
made sense to add their long history and expertise in IV&V and the IV&V
standards to the TestPros portfolio of independent assessment services”.
Ms. Eva Freund, the former owner of The IV&V Group, will be available to
TestPros as a senior IV&V consultant for the foreseeable future.
