TestPros has been awarded a prime contract on the DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) for Functional Category 3 (FC3) Small Business (SB). DHS EAGLE II FC3 is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, specifically designed as the preferred source of information technology (IT) services for the majority of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’) enterprise initiatives. TestPros was awarded Prime Contractor status along with a select list of organizations for Functional Category 3 – Independent Test, Validation, Verification, and Evaluation for the EAGLE Contract. The scope of DHS EAGLE II FC3 is independent test, validation, verification, and evaluation (IV&V) solutions to ensure that all IT products and services meet DHS standards, and are performing to defined design, cost, schedule and performance specifications/capabilities. Best practices, technologies, tools, and support are utilized to provide DHS EAGLE II FC3 IT services including quality and operational assessments, integration testing, system test and evaluation, security certification and accreditation, and independent verification and validation (IV&V) through the monitoring and evaluation of projects via activities such as, but not limited to, assessments, process and procedure audits, project and performance management, and systems analysis and design.
