TestPros wins a DHS EAGLE II FC3 IV&V task order award at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Financial Management Systems Branch (FMSB). TestPros will provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and Quality Assurance (QA) Oversight services to assist the OCFO FMSB in the oversight and analysis of financial system modernization activities performed by DHS and its Components. TestPros will provide analysis of the strategies, processes and plans developed by Component program offices. Our IV&V services will also be used to analyze project deliverables, artifacts, and project management processes and to verify solutions are implemented according to defined processes and perform as expected. IV&V offers management and technical benefits that result in reduced programmatic and technical risk and increased probability of program success. Problems and risks identified early in a program can be fixed and mitigated with the least impact to cost, schedule, and performance.
