Overview
The Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle managed by the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG). RS3 is designed to provide a broad spectrum of mission-critical support services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) requirements across the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies.

- Contract Types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), and others
- Set-Aside Designations: Approximately 40% of task orders are reserved for small businesses (including SDVOSB, WOSB, and minority-owned)
- Performance Locations: Primarily in Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and other states with significant defense R&D and C5ISR infrastructure
