Overview
The National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) Event Planning, Operations, and Support (EPOS) IDIQ is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract vehicle established by the U.S. Army to provide comprehensive support for the Department of Defense’s (DoD) cyber range infrastructure. The EPOS contract enables the planning, execution, and operational support of large-scale, complex cyber test and evaluation (T&E), training, and mission rehearsal events across a constellation of government-controlled facilities.

Scope of Services
The NCRC EPOS contract supports the full range of cyber range operations, including:

- Technical Expertise: Providing skilled personnel for cyber range operations, knowledge management, and systems integration
- Facility Support: Supporting NCRC locations in Orlando, FL; Charleston, SC; Patuxent River, MD; Fort Walton Beach, FL; and other government-controlled sites
- Innovation and Modernization: Contributing to the evolution and expansion of the NCRC’s capabilities to meet DoD cyber mission requirements
