Overview

The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Best-in-Class, multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). This vehicle is designed to provide federal agencies with flexible, streamlined access to a large, diverse pool of SBA-certified 8(a) small business industry partners for a wide range of information technology (IT) services and solutions.
