The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business (CIO-SP3 SB) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a premier federal contract vehicle managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). CIO-SP3 SB enables federal agencies—including civilian and Department of Defense entities—to acquire a broad spectrum of innovative IT solutions and services, with a strong emphasis on supporting health, biomedical, and integrated IT requirements.
