Background

IEA Training is California’s premier provider of online education for insurance and workers’ compensation professionals. Their flagship certification, the Claims Practitioner in Workers’ Compensation (CPWC), equips adjusters, examiners, and risk management professionals with the practical knowledge needed to navigate California’s complex workers’ comp system.

When a client required a VPAT as a condition to finalize their purchase of the CPWC O2 course—”Coverage and Claims Administration”—IEA turned to TestPros for a fast, credible, and affordable accessibility solution.
