TestPros Quality Assurance
TestPros’ Quality Assurance (QA) services provide independent monitoring and oversight of projects and programs including the Project Management and Software Engineering processes and methods used to ensure quality, cost control, and timeliness.
Our Quality Assurance processes span the entire software development lifecycle, which includes processes such as requirements definition, software design, coding, source code control, code reviews, change management, configuration management, version control, risk management, supply chain risk management, testing, release management, product integration, security, training, operations, maintenance, and support.
Our Quality Assurance approach is based on industry best practices, and client-specific standards and procedures, and the client environment. We verify conformance to one or more common standards including the Project Management Institute Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMI PMBOK), ITIL ITSM, ISO 9000, and the SEI Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) models. TestPros also provides certified CMMI appraisers and instructors to help train and verify compliance with CMMI.
TestPros provides QA Oversight services to many U.S. Government and commercial clients, including the DHS Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). OCFO is responsible for the fiscal management, integrity and accountability of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). TestPros is providing oversight on all the financial systems implementations across all the components and sub components of the entire DHS (USCG, CBP, TSA, USCIS, OBIM, etc.). We have also provided oversight on enterprise systems implementations for the SBA, DISA, Volkswagen, AT&T, and others.
