TestPros, Inc. offers our full-time employees a comprehensive Employee Benefits package. Each calendar year, new regular full-time employees can receive up to 15 days (3 weeks) of paid leave, 10 days (2 weeks) of paid holidays, plus 401(k) with immediate company match, medical, dental, vision, AD&D and life insurance.
TestPros offers Group Health Insurance via United Health Care for all employees and covers 50% of the cost for the employee’s premium. TestPros’ plan includes prescriptions. Ask for plan details and rates.

Full-time employees earn 10 paid holidays each year. Major national holidays include New Year’s Day, MLK’s Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Paid Time Off (PTO)*
Each year our full-time employees can earn 15 days (3 weeks) of time off to be used for vacation, sick time, or personal time.
