TestPros offers Group Health Insurance via United Health Care for all full-time employees and covers 60% of the cost for the employee’s premium and 50% of the cost of covered employees enrolled dependents premiums. TestPros pays for a life insurance policy for full-time employees that includes AD&D benefits.
TestPros offers Short Tem Disability and Long Term Disability insurance options for full-time employees, effective April 2018.
Full-time employees earn 10 paid holidays each year. Major national holidays include New Year’s Day, MLK’s Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
